4 Conductor + 1 Signal Pair VFD cables are engineered to combine power and signal transmission in a single cable, simplifying installation and reducing overall wiring complexity in VFD motor control systems. This configuration includes four power conductors with ground plus one integrated signal pair, ideal for applications requiring both motor power and control or feedback signals.

In accordance with NFPA 79 (2018), Section 4.4.2.8, these VFD cables typically feature XLPE insulation, a low-capacitance thermoset material designed to withstand the high switching frequencies present between variable frequency drives and motors.
