High Flex Fieldbus cables are used with a family of industrial computer network protocols used for real-time signal and data transmission between like devices, such as HMI’s, PLC’s or sensors. Commonly used protocols in industrial applications include Profibus, CanBus and DeviceNet. Ethernet cable is another form of transmission and communication. The cables used in these applications are designed specifically for these protocols and for the harsh, continuous flexing industrial applications they are used in.
